Mobile Growth Association (MGA) is a global community providing mobile marketing professionals with frontline content, education, and events to help grow their app businesses and their careers. Drawing on its roots as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to education, MGA is committed to building the world’s most comprehensive set of resources for an accessible community of mobile experts.

Events prioritize community and content quality above all else, attracting a high-caliber audience of mobile marketers, developers and user acquisition managers working in games, commerce, and other app categories, as well as executives representing Adtech, Martech, and data companies.

Jen is the CEO of Mobile Growth Association. She brings over 15 years of experience in media, publishing, and operations to the company. Her tenure includes running operations for the world’s largest academic online journal; leading media relations teams; developing content strategy; managing content development and distribution; and driving performance and growth.

Theresa Cramer Profile
Theresa CramerCommunications Director

Theresa Cramer is a veteran writer and editor, who has been covering technology—specifically the business of digital content—for over a decade. She is also the author of Inside Content Marketing: EContent Magazine’s Guide to Roles, Tools, and Strategies for Thriving in the Age of Brand Journalism. Based in Connecticut, she is an avid podcast listener, nascent rock climber, and enjoys paddle boarding around the pond she lives on.

Ray Salloom is a veteran of the mobile and web industry, working at companies such as Bandai Namco, DeNA, QuinStreet, Technorati, and LookSmart, leading analytical, content, and marketing efforts over the past two decades.  As the community manager, his position will help in building and fostering the MGS Tribe worldwide. Ray enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and listening to music from his youth and today.

She hosts the Fintech Growth Talk podcast and engages with diverse audiences as a speaker, mentor, and educator, from industry conferences to team development events, startup accelerators, and academic classes. Christina has a passion for new solutions and brings years of experience, including at global enterprises such as Facebook, Visa, and AT&T, as well as entrepreneurial startups funded by Sequoia, Greylock, and Index Ventures. She has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Based in Utah, he greatly enjoys the outdoors – hiking, climbing, camping, and running as much as he can. He is an amateur photographer, videographer, and streamer. He also manages and sings in an indie rock band.
